Job Responsibility

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and sourcing
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Configure and support SAP Ariba modules such as Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Ariba Catalog Management
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
  • Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4HANA
  • Coordinate with technical teams for CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) setup and testing
  • Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), defect management, and user training
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test cases, and process flows

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Hands-on experience with at least 1–2 SAP Ariba modules
  • Experience with SAP integration (ECC/S4HANA) via CIG
  • Understanding of procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams
  • Experience in UAT coordination and business stakeholder management
