Job Description:

For our newly created SAP team in Poland, we are looking for an SAP IS-OIL Architect to lead strategic implementations and migrations to S/4HANA and SAP BTP for global oil & gas customers. This is a role for an expert who wants to have a real impact on shaping modern cloud solutions and creating innovative system architectures, while seizing a unique growth opportunity in a dynamic and expanding team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing the SAP IS-OIL architecture based on best practices and customers' business needs
  • managing the migration strategy to S/4HANA and SAP BTP
  • coordinating the implementation and integration of SAP IS-OIL with other modules (MM, SD, FI, CO) and external systems
  • analyzing business requirements and advising on process optimization
  • creating and supervising architectural standards for implemented solutions
  • cooperating with functional and technical teams in an international environment
  • mentoring and supporting a team of consultants

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP IS-OIL and SAP ERP, including at the level of architect or technical leader
  • knowledge of oil & gas industry processes (TDP, TD, EXG, HPM, SSR)
  • experience in designing and implementing SAP IS-OIL and its integration with other modules and systems
  • practical knowledge of migrating to S/4HANA and SAP BTP implementations
  • ability to conduct business analyses and process mapping
  • knowledge of SAP cloud tools and technologies
  • very good knowledge of English – working in an international environment

Nice to have:

  • SAP certifications (e.g. SAP IS-OIL, SAP S/4HANA)
  • experience in modeling the architecture of cloud solutions
  • knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow
