Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to support our team in implementing and enhancing our planning system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in revenue and cost planning, profit & loss (P&L) planning, and workforce cost planning. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP SAC planning models, data actions, advanced formulas, and integration with S/4HANA. The consultant will work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, lead technical discussions, and drive system improvements for effective financial planning and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP SAC planning solutions
  • Work closely with FP&A teams to gather business requirements and align planning logic with organizational needs
  • Develop and optimize revenue, cost, and P&L planning models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee data integration with S/4HANA and other source systems to enable seamless planning processes
  • Implement advanced data actions, workflows, and automation to streamline financial planning and forecasting
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team and ensure best practices in SAC modeling and calculations
  • Drive system go-live, hyper-care support, and user training to ensure successful adoption
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, propose system enhancements, and document key learnings

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning with a proven track record of successful implementations
  • Hands-on expertise in Revenue Planning, Cost Planning, and P&L Planning using SAP SAC
  • Experience working with S/4HANA CDS views and integrating data into SAC
  • Proficiency in creating planning and analytical models, reports, and variance analysis dashboards
  • Knowledge of data actions, cross-model copy functions, and advanced formula scripting
  • Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ability to lead technical teams and drive discussions with business stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills for requirement gathering and sign-off processes
  • Experience in workflow management using SAC calendar functionalities
  • Ability to train end-users and create user-friendly training documentation

Nice to have:

  • SAP SAC Planning certification is a plus
  • Experience in the professional services industry is preferred
  • Prior experience leading onsite/offshore delivery model
