Job Responsibility

Support our SAP customers in Application Management (1st & 2nd level support)
Analyze and implement change requests, including customizing where required
Conduct trainings and workshops
Create and maintain user documentation
Process, track, and document tickets within the system

Requirements

Completed commercial or technical education
Several years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA, ideally as a Consultant, Key User, or experienced End User
Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, SD/LE, MM, PP, QM, SM/IM
Knowledge of SAP Cloud products is an advantage
Basic knowledge of ABAP (especially debugging) is desirable
Experience in project management is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong customer and service orientation combined with team spirit
Structured and independent working style
Excellent communication skills
