Job Responsibility

  • Support our SAP customers in Application Management (1st & 2nd level support)
  • Analyze and implement change requests, including customizing where required
  • Conduct trainings and workshops
  • Create and maintain user documentation
  • Process, track, and document tickets within the system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA, ideally as a Consultant, Key User, or experienced End User
  • Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, SD/LE, MM, PP, QM, SM/IM
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud products is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP (especially debugging) is desirable
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer and service orientation combined with team spirit
  • Structured and independent working style
