We are currently seeking a SAP AI Lead Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a thought leader, technical authority, and people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs
  • Define the SAP enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP AI & Automation
  • Align SAP BTP AI & Automation offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfolios
  • Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Engage and Lead CxO-level conversations on AI-led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programs
  • Represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry events
  • Establish and govern the AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance
  • Drive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assets
  • Collaborate, Build and lead a multi-region skill team
  • Define workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planning
  • Promote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects or similar SAP Projects
  • Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule
  • Strong architectural design and system integration skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments
  • Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and programming languages
  • DevOps knowledge (CI/ CD, Jenkins, Pipeline Management)
  • Hands on experience development AI/ML Solutions using BTP AI Services
  • Hands-on experience in BTP Process Automation, RPA bot development is advantage
