Job Responsibility

  • Checking and entering asset inventory lists into SAP
  • Collaborating with other departments and divisions to monitor and update asset data
  • Handling overall asset management (entry, monitoring, transfers, inventories, disposal, etc.)
  • Monitoring and serving requests through the ITSM system
  • Collaborating with the logistics department to track shipments and receipts

Requirements

  • Degree from an IEK or ATEI
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of asset management
  • Previous experience in financial or administrative department
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
