Job Description

Temporary ongoing SAP Administrator role with potential career opportunities. Based in modern offices in Folkestone with hybrid working option.

Job Responsibility

  • Building strong relationships with business customers
  • Handling enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Providing quick and efficient response to change requests
  • Creating debit and credit notes for customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Processing returns and refunds
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within the customer service team
  • Working closely with shipping and the warehouse
  • Updating stock reports and demand planning
  • Proactively asking for and acting on customer feedback

Requirements

  • Business to business Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • Proficient in using SAP
  • Excellent IT skills with a meticulous eye for detail
