Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to design, develop, and customize ABAP-based solutions to meet business requirements, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. This role involves collaboration and code optimization using best practices. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience is required.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and optimize ABAP code following best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant, with a specific focus on RICEFW
Strong Technical skills in SAP ABAP - RICEFW
Worked in the core areas Viz. Reports, Interfaces (file based, IDOC, ALE etc.), Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, BTE, enh. Fram. etc), Forms (SAP scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms etc.), Conversions (including BDC, BAPI,)
Proficient in OOABAP, ODATA and ABAP new syntax
Hands on experience in CDS View and AMDP
Technical experience on at least one implementation project
Good understanding of the Functional Processes

Nice to have:

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users across different departments
SAP ABAP Certification is highly preferred
