SAP ABAP Developer

• Participate in design and architecture for development projects in the Archive and Purge platform
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements capture to high-level design, low-level design, and performance tuning
• Understand and work with end-to-end architecture and high-level designs
• Lead new technical initiatives within wider Cloud technologies
• Make design decisions on performance-related and operational areas
• Write, debug, and fine-tune SAP ABAP code
• Anticipate impacts when modifying existing ABAP code in high-availability landscapes
• Manage SAP landscapes beyond typical RICEFW development or BAU operations
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of engagements
• Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient in SAP ABAP RICEFW object development
• Strong understanding of change management cycles and SAP transport behaviour, including Charm transports and landscape alignment
• Knowledge of versioning and branching in GIT repositories
• Experience in architectural leadership across large-scale data platforms
• Telecom domain knowledge and in-depth understanding of SDLC
• Graduate or postgraduate in a technical stream (preferably Engineering)
• Excellent communication skills (business and technical)
• Ability to respond quickly to issues and proactively highlight risks
• Team player with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience working with large global organisations
