Job Description:

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to prioritize and deliver business objectives on the SAP platform
Lead the development and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
Manage and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM
Utilize tools such as Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS to support project management and development activities
Develop and maintain custom code using ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA within the SAP S/4HANA 2021 or higher environment
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Ensure the quality and performance of SAP solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

13 to 15 years of experience in SAP development and leadership roles
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher
Proficient in ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA development
Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
advanced degree preferred

Nice to have:

SAP certification(s) in relevant areas
Experience in Aerospace
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
