Job Description

Cybernet is seeking a dynamic and skilled Executive – SAP Techno Functional to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. The SAP Techno-Functional Executive acts as a key role between business users and technical teams. The role involves analysing business requirements, configuring and testing SAP modules (such as MM and FI/CO), and optimizing business processes to ensure efficient system utilization.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze current business processes and sync with standard process
  • Prepare "To-Be" process designs aligned with business objectives
  • Execute end-to-end implementation using existing process frameworks or SAP Activate methodology
  • Perform and support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP technical development
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions where required
  • Resolve production support issues and provide post-go-live support
  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Typically, 1 to 3 years SAP client-side experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP functional modules such as MM, FI, and CO
  • Understanding of industry-specific processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively bridge business and technical teams
  • SAP certification will be considered an added advantage
