Job Description:

This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and support ERP systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications
Design, develop, and test ERP/CRM programs to ensure functionality and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP/CRM applications and interfaces
Create and maintain custom reports, workflows, and enhancements using technologies such as Smart Forms and Adobe Interactive Forms
Develop and manage interface programs including IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Business Add-Ins (BAdIs)
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to align development efforts with business goals
Document development processes, standards, and test plans to ensure clarity and consistency
Provide accurate time estimates for development tasks and support activities
Lead the design and implementation of system customizations and enhancements
Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply best practices to ERP/CRM development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP/CRM development, with a focus on attention to detail
Expertise in ERP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Financial Accounting (FI)
Hands-on experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, User Exits, and Workflows
Proficiency in interface technologies including IDOCs, RFCs, and BAPIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Preferred experience with S/4HANA and knowledge of Fiori/UI5 development methodologies.
