The Sanitation Supervisor-Overnight will be responsible for ensuring effective cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities to support food safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on reducing sanitation-related risks, preventing equipment downtime through proper cleaning practices, and leading a team of sanitation technicians. The position works closely with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support safe and compliant operations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and ensure compliance with all activities outlined in the SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures)
Actively supervise sanitation staff during daily cleaning of fillet, seasoning, and value-added production areas, as well as grease traps, dry storage areas, and the exterior of the facility
Supervise and coordinate weekly deep-cleaning activities for equipment and warehouse storage areas
Complete sanitation monitoring and verification documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Schedule, assign, and prioritize sanitation tasks to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of all cleaning activities
Ensure proper use of required PPE by all sanitation staff and provide training on cleaning procedures and safety practices
Maintain weekly inventories of sanitation chemicals and PPE used in production areas
Prepare and stock daily PPE kits for all production teams on both day and night shifts

High School Diploma or equivalent required
