Job Responsibility

  • Clean and sanitize food processing areas following strict Manufacturing & Logistics safety protocols
  • Disassemble industrial machinery parts to perform thorough deep-cleaning
  • Re-assemble equipment accurately to ensure the facility is ready for morning production
  • Use specialized cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain cleaning logs and report any mechanical issues discovered during the process

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sanitation Worker or in a Manufacturing & Logistics environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a food processing environment
  • Reliable transportation to the site in Brantford
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • High attention to detail and commitment to workplace hygiene
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for disassembling and reassembling equipment
  • Ability to work independently during the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and handling cleaning tools
  • Knowledge of WHMIS or chemical safety is a strong asset
