Step into our interactive and fun product theater, where you’ll treat shoppers to an immersive experience with Samsung’s exceptional products and services. As a Sales Experience Associate, you are the life force of your store. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology. With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the life force of the store! Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude
  • Be proactive and a true detective, using open-ended questions to discover a customer’s needs and provide personalized, perfect-fit solutions with confidence
  • Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire sales journey and helping them create an incredible technology experience with Samsung products
  • Show off your technical skills by providing basic device troubleshooting, diagnosing mobile device issues, and facilitating service tickets
  • Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases
  • Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
  • Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution
  • Stay in the know by completing all product, services, and soft skills training to become a Samsung expert
