Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Samsung IMS professional to support training programs and network operations. The candidate will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Management (AM), and Troubleshooting of Samsung IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) network elements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct training sessions on Samsung IMS network operations
  • Provide guidance on Fault Management (FM) and Alarm Management (AM)
  • Troubleshoot IMS core network elements such as CSCF, HSS, MRF, and SBC
  • Assist in developing training content, lab exercises, and assessment material
  • Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities for IMS networks

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Samsung IMS architecture and deployment
  • Hands-on knowledge of O&M, FM, AM, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Familiarity with IMS protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP) and network interfaces
  • Ability to train and mentor engineers on IMS operations and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IMS operations, preferably with Samsung equipment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in multivendor IMS networks
  • Prior training delivery experience for engineers or technical teams
