Sample Supply Library Assistant

• Organise and manage samples within our system and maintain physical order within the Sample Library
• Unpack and pack boxes efficiently for suppliers, studios, and vendors
• Ensure accurate handling and tracking of all items
• Maintain the overall organisation and cleanliness of the sample warehouse
• Follow established procedures and guidelines
• Support the logistics team in the fashion studios with tasks related to sample handling and transportation
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Team Lead

• 2+ years experience in a fashion retail or warehouse environment
• Background in operations, logistics, or retail is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems
• Familiarity with Excel
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic German is a plus
• Proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including unpacking and packing boxes
• Ability to maintain a well-organized work environment
