Job Description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering with precision, reporting to the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager and based at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm

Job Responsibility

  • Manually glue Phillip Jeffries samples, meeting daily production metrics (expected output of approximately 200 samples per hour)
  • Select master samples based on daily picking lists and provide them to machine operators as needed
  • Refile master samples accurately at the end of each shift and upon completion of sample runs
  • Receive incoming product and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Become cross‑trained on the guillotine and other equipment as needed
  • Assist with sample gluing and related production tasks
  • Maintain and clean all necessary equipment
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
  • Support the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with additional tasks as assigned

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
