Where precision meets purpose-keep every sample on track and every discovery within reach. Proclinical is seeking a Sample Management Scientist for a contract role in the US. This position requires full-time onsite presence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and transfer samples efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain an organized and precise inventory of cold storage
  • Ensure sample quality throughout the distribution process
  • Process request orders within a two-business-day cycle
  • Perform quality control checks on sample packages to verify accuracy
  • Prepare and coordinate sample shipments to off-site locations
  • Complete daily sample transfers to designated on-site locations
  • Keep detailed logs of daily sample transfers
  • Communicate order status and details promptly using established methods
  • Optimize communication tools for improved order tracking and inventory management
