Job Description

An experienced Salesforce QA professional with strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, and Copado-based DevOps processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality Salesforce releases through robust testing strategies and seamless CI/CD pipeline validation.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases
  • Test Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, validation rules, relationships, Lightning components, Flows, and Approval Processes
  • Validate custom developments such as Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components
  • Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and end-to-end integration testing with external systems
  • Use Postman for API validation and data reconciliation
  • Work with Copado for release management, environment promotions, deployment validation, and rollback testing
  • Execute and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners in Agile teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud preferred)
  • Strong expertise in functional and integration testing
  • Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps
  • Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and SOQL
