Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with minimum years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture understanding, and hands-on development capabilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
  • Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development
  • Develop complex business logic using Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce/Lightning frameworks
  • Design and implement advanced automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and Process Builder
  • Lead integration design and implementation using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
  • Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Copado
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Ensure robust test strategy (unit, regression, UAT) and high code coverage

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and data modeling
  • Extensive experience in Apex, integrations, and Lightning development
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and release management
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • At least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder, AI Associate, Agentforce Specialist
  • Engineering Degree or Masters in Science (MCA) or equivalent
  • 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development

Nice to have

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions
  • Prompt engineering, guardrails, AI workflows, and conversational design
  • Expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)
  • Experience in Copado Robotic Testing and automation frameworks
