The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering complex Salesforce solutions in the Public Sector. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on experience with Salesforce, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and contribute to the design and build of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment to architectural standards and best practices
Provide clear technical leadership, supporting solution design, breaking down complex requirements, and guiding implementation approaches
Own and contribute to accurate estimation of development effort, proactively managing dependencies, assumptions, and delivery risks
Maintain clear and timely communication with delivery leads, product owners, and stakeholders, providing progress updates, risks, and mitigation actions
Drive a strong quality‑first engineering culture, ensuring solutions are well‑designed, testable, maintainable, and production‑ready
Identify and resolve technical issues early, escalating risks appropriately and proposing pragmatic, value‑focused solutions
Actively contribute to peer code reviews, ensuring consistency, performance, security, and maintainability standards are met
Support continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and ways of working
Work closely with architects, testers, Dev/DevOps, and product teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery success
Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting skills development, knowledge sharing, and technical confidence
Contribute positively to Agile ceremonies, design workshops, and planning sessions, helping teams deliver predictably and transparently
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (desirable)
