Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant with around 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, and enhancements that meet business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions
Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
Debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices

Requirements:

Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data modeling, security, and sharing rules
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder
Basic experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with effective communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
