Wissen Technology is hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect with proven experience in Salesforce platforms, especially Loyalty Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and technical implementation of scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions including Loyalty Cloud (Mandatory), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Platform
  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce solution lifecycle from design to deployment
  • Design data models, system architecture, and integration strategies
  • Lead development and implementation of complex integrations with other systems and third-party applications

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP)
  • Extensive experience in designing complex Salesforce solutions
  • Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.
  • Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
