We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a growing retail network by leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Your contributions will enhance the interaction between retail teams and homeowners, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide application support for Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements
  • Utilize ServiceNow and other tools to manage support requests efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, foster learning, and achieve collective goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, offering solutions to reduce recurring service tickets and enhance system performance
  • Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related challenges
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities to meet business needs
  • Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Support the onboarding and training of team members to ensure consistent application usage
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce administration or application support
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Salesforce Admin certification is preferred
  • Salesforce Service Cloud certification is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
