Job Description:

Hands-on technical admin role owning the full Salesforce marketing stack: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization (Interaction Studio), and Marketing Intelligence. You’ll keep data flowing cleanly, resolve integration failures before they escalate, and make sure Einstein delivers actual business value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data Cloud: data streams, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, deduplication, and ingestion pipelines
  • Marketing Cloud: Automation Studio, Journey Builder, deliverability optimization and failure prevention
  • Personalization: Decisioning, Recipes, Audiences, web tagging, real-time personalization end-to-end
  • Marketing Intelligence: data harmonization, connector and API issues, classification rules, dashboard accuracy
  • SQL for data transformations that marketing can trust
  • CI/CD, sandbox management, and deployment governance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Hands-on Data Cloud configuration experience (not just awareness)
  • Marketing Cloud Engagement — beyond basics
  • Personalization / Interaction Studio — troubleshooting level
  • Marketing Intelligence or MCI — ingestion pipelines and connectors
  • SQL: joins, transformations, relational data design
  • API integrations and multi-system debugging
