Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture and solutions
  • Lead and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices and standards
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce platforms
  • Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and development
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment strategies
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
