Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to support a company specializing in facility operations and data management solutions. This role involves supporting and managing the Salesforce Info Centre platform, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, and developing solutions to improve functionality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide system maintenance & data support (troubleshooting, updates, data cleaning, data migration, and ensuring data integrity)
  • Customize and develop Salesforce features (creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports)
  • Conduct user training and support (training sessions, user guides, and ongoing Salesforce support)
  • Manage Salesforce-related projects (implementations, upgrades, and coordination with stakeholders)
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to optimize system functionality

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, in roles such as Administrator
  • Project Management experience handling Salesforce implementations or upgrades
  • Business Analysis experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for Salesforce solutions
  • Data Management skills SQL & Python experience to manage, audit, and clean data
  • Salesforce technical support experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues
