As a Salesforce Systems Analyst on the Information Systems team in our New York office, you’ll play a vital role in partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, configure, and improve scalable CRM workflows and business system solutions. This role combines business process analysis, solution design, and hands-on system implementation to helping our global revenue organization operate scale more efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility
Partner with global business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
Design, configure, and maintain workflows, automations, and business processes within Salesforce and related business systems
Support ongoing optimization of CRM processes, including lead routing, approvals, data management, notifications, and operational workflows
Help evaluate and implement practical GenAI use cases that improve team productivity and workflow efficiency
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience across business systems
Manage system enhancements through discovery, testing, rollout, documentation, and user support
Collaborate with global Information Systems, Integration/Development, RevOps, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems environments (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
Experience designing and implementing scalable workflows, automations, or business process improvements within CRM platforms
Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how systems support operational efficiency
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions
Interest in and curiosity about Generative AI tools and how they can improve business workflows and productivity
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with a manager and team based in a different time zone
Nice to have
Salesforce certifications or experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tooling
Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools or light scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
