Job Description:

The Salesforce Support Executive provides operational and administrative support to the salesforce leadership team. This role acts as a central coordinator across multiple functions including sales, training, recruitment, Data Analysis and transport support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and track vacancies, including posting, applicant tracking, and weekly progress reporting to management
  • Oversee salesforce induction tracking, update progress reports, and manage induction documents
  • Assist in creation and distribution of training materials and resources
  • Support route optimisation through data cleaning and mapping
  • Maintain central document repositories and ensure accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute various weekly and periodic reports, related to sales performance
  • Manage national and regional meeting minutes and action tracking
  • Maintain the shared salesforce calendar with key operational dates
  • Participate in field visits to support the salesforce and gather operational insights
  • Conduct data analysis and research tasks as needed to support business priorities
