Job Description

Salesforce Business Architect (or Solution Architect/Consultant aligned to business architecture responsibilities) to provide high-level strategy, direction, and roadmap definition for a complex engagement. This role focuses on translating business vision into actionable phases of work rather than hands-on delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead discovery sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops
  • Document current-state business processes and workflows
  • Define future-state design options at a high level and provide clear recommendations
  • Build a multi-phase roadmap, including sequencing and dependencies
  • Define and articulate Phase 1 scope of work to enable execution teams
