Job Responsibility:
Lead the analysis and design of product backlog items for agile teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and adhere to architectural standards
Collaborate with other Digital Experience architects, HPE architects, and technical leads to align designs and ensure architectural consistency across multiple Salesforce-based solutions within HPE
Evaluate and adopt emerging Salesforce technologies, features, and partner solutions—integrating them seamlessly into our architecture
Review solution designs and project activities to ensure compliance with platform limits, security standards, and integration best practices
Actively collaborate with Salesforce on any platform issues which impact experience or performance
Use deep knowledge of our Salesforce implementation and integrations to coach development teams & admins and encourage use of out-of-the-box functionality where possible
Provide technical leadership on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Packaging, and API integrations
Ensure alignment with enterprise integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Mentor and inspire less-experienced engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Analyse Salesforce release notes to identify opportunities to improve the platform and user experience
Lead Salesforce support and professional services engagements as needed, driving needed insights and solutions in a timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Typically 10+ years experience
Evidence of continuous Salesforce learning
Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions
Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce core products and how Salesforce limits affect design & implementations of solutions
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and authentication models
Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, and Salesforce data management tools
Ability to create architectural diagrams and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
mastery in English and local language
Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
Agentforce implementation knowledge would be an advantage
