Job Description:

Design scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions and guide teams through complex digital transformations at Inetum, a European leader in digital services

Job Responsibility:

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals and technical best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions
Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies
Guide development teams in implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with industry standards
Lead solution reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure architectural consistency across projects and proposals
Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior technical role
Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and platform capabilities
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party systems
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly valued

Nice to have:

Knowledge and experience with Public Sector Solutions, Manufacturing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud are a plus
A good level of French is a plus
