Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Solution Architect with 7+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform to deliver comprehensive high-level architectural designs that support enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of integration options, out-of-the-box features, licensing frameworks, Data Cloud, Agentforce implementations, Einstein, and the latest Salesforce innovations, combined with strong hands-on experience and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, with a strong track record in solution architecture
  • Deep understanding of integration options and the ability to recommend optimal integration approaches for diverse business scenarios
  • Strong command of out-of-the-box features and licensing frameworks, with the ability to advise on licensing matters
  • Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonization, unification, and activation)
  • Hands-on experience or deep conceptual knowledge of Agentforce implementations, Einstein Copilot/Prompt Builder, and the latest AI features
  • Proven ability to design and deliver high-level architectural solutions that leverage native features, integration capabilities, and new technologies
  • The ability to engage collaboratively with technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and operational requirements
  • English skills sufficient for leading technical and architectural discussions with stakeholders

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications
  • Experience championing the adoption of emerging Salesforce tools to deliver measurable value and innovation
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms
