Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect (Agentforce) to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Salesforce's Agentforce platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, business consulting, and client-facing discovery skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers during the discovery and envisioning phases, identifying high-value use cases and translating them into scalable, secure, and efficient Agentforce solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and customer interaction use cases
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Agentforce (AI agents, automation, and conversational AI) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Translate business needs into clear solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and platform capabilities
  • Design end-to-end Agentforce solutions, including AI agents, workflows, integrations, and data models
  • Define architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations
  • Map use cases to Salesforce capabilities such as Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
  • 8+ years experience with customer-facing roles, including discovery and requirements gathering
  • 8+ years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform architecture
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/automation solutions (Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar)
  • Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
