Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Senior Test Analyst (Data & Cloud). Ten10 is one of the UK's leading tech consultancies, and we are currently looking for a high-calibre Salesforce Senior Test Analyst to join us on a contract basis for a mission-critical project with one of our key logistics clients. As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ systems meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be hands-on in functional testing, spanning system, system integration, and user acceptance testing, specifically focusing on complex Salesforce integrations and GCP data pipelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform system, system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across the Salesforce suite
  • Define and maintain quality test scenarios for Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Execute testing within GCP environments to ensure data integrity and seamless flow between Salesforce products and big data platforms
  • Identify and raise quality system defects with accuracy and clarity
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues proactively, particularly those affecting complex data reconciliations
  • Work confidently with client stakeholders and third parties to ensure quality outcomes
  • Support the transition of integrated Salesforce solutions into BAU environments

Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience across system, system integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Proven experience testing Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience testing within GCP or other big data products
  • Skilled in exploratory testing techniques for improved coverage across integrated platforms
  • Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)
  • Confident in providing regular updates on progress and escalating risks when necessary
