Job Description:

Salesforce Services Sales Lead At Horizontal Digital, we hold ourselves to one key belief: You’re only as good as your worst customer experience. This mantra is what drives our digital consultancy to think beyond the easy answers and instead create websites, apps, portals and other experiences that solve customer needs for Fortune 500 companies in intuitive and empathetic ways. And we make this lofty standard a reality by fusing strategy, data, design and technology together to arrive at solutions that set the bar higher for everyone. We use these values to fuel superior results: Lock arms We forge relationships that make our impact 1,000x stronger. This means working across departments and engaging both our clients and our communities to deliver the greatest good. Show hustle We’re not ones to sit on our hands and wait. Instead, we anticipate opportunities, collectively roll up our sleeves and find ways to execute the exceptional. Embrace change From new technologies to workplace philosophies, we welcome the unexpected and constantly anticipate what’s next. Elevate empathy We listen before we take action. This means understanding a variety of perspectives and holding ourselves to a higher standard of accountability. Never settle We motivate each other to push past the easy answers and collectively arrive at bigger, more inspiring ideas. But enough about us. Let’s talk about you. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Services Sales Lead to drive the growth of our Salesforce professional services business in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Digital Experience Management and Content Management Platforms (DXP), a strong network within the KSA regions, and a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role focused on identifying, developing, and closing Sitecore-related service opportunities. Hiring the right person to oversee Sitecore services sales in the KSA requires someone who combines technical understanding, cultural alignment, and proven sales ability and negotiation skills. In the DXP world the software sale is typically handled by the vendor itself. Although the software vendor (Salesforce) often consults with an implementation partner like us on product demos, Proof of Concepts, RFP responses and implementation roadmaps, costs and timeline estimates. We are the defacto trusted advisors to the client and Sitecore in ensuring the right products are being purchased by the client to drive their business outcomes. Services Sales in DXP Platforms such as Salesforce involves: Selling the design, architecture, and implementation of the digital experience. Involves current state discovery and architecture assessments, future state architecture design, user experience design, integration with various backend systems, CMS platform and components setup, technical development, testing and devops, etc. Requires a consultative approach to understand the customer journey and digital strategy and how a DXP Platform fits in to help drive the business outcomes for the customer. Strong dependency on our internal strategy, design, engineering, and delivery teams. Deep consultative skills, relationship-building ability and outcome-driven. You act like the client’s trusted advisor. Your primary buyers are Business Stakeholders, Digital, CRM, CX, Transformation leads and sometimes the IT leaders – so you need to be able to speak their language Procurement is often a big part of the close and you need to adept at negotiating with procurement and justifying our value and prowess and sell through at reasonable target margins. Value lies in the expertise and ability to deliver results, not the product itself.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services (implementation, consulting, integration, managed services)
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors (travel and tourism, hospitality, real-estate, public sector, telco, banking, retail, etc.)
  • Bring a network of connections to the table to drive net new Salesforce deals in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
  • Work closely with our strategy, delivery and technical teams to craft winning proposals and solutions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and alliances to develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute them with our marketing teams for the region, support them in their deal cycles where they need partner support to close a deal
  • Own the sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal closure targets in the KSA market
  • Stay UpToDate on the latest and greatest innovations and progress across Salesforce as well as its competitors in the market and have a strong POV on why Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, DXP platforms or consulting services sales, with at least 2+ years in DXP-related offerings
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their business value and how their competitors position
  • Deep knowledge of the KSA market with an existing network in enterprise and/or government sectors
  • Deep understanding of the KSA business culture and decision making process
  • Arabic fluency is preferred (preferably native or near-native)
  • English proficiency is required
  • Experience working with or within DXP partners, SIs is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and build C-level relationships
  • Strong deal closing skills and ability to lead strategic sales pursuits
  • Background in consulting or advisory roles within the digital transformation space
  • Consultative seller — someone who can understand customer pain points and build solutions around Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-driven, able to work independently or as part of a virtual/global team
What we offer:
  • Competitive base salary + commission structure
  • Opportunity to work with a high-performing regional and global team
  • Exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce DXP implementations and innovation in the KSA market
  • Career growth within a fast-scaling digital transformation leader
