Job Description:

At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an Salesforce Product Owner - Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for Salesforce KYC and client acceptance modules, owning and refining the user story backlog
  • Bridge the gap between global stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into actionable, high quality technical requirements
  • Manage the intake and prioritization of use cases based on global demand to ensure delivery aligns with sprint and program Increment (PI) goals
  • Collaborate closely with architects, technical leads, developers, and QA teams to execute implementation strategies and resolve defects
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies to safeguard product stability, scalability, and security
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Risk platforms, driving the adoption of new features and vendor releases among business users
  • Oversee the creation of regulatory and operational reports while leading data quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis
  • Participate in incident triage and support UAT troubleshooting to minimize disruptions to the Risk environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Manager level experience combining functional analysis with Product Ownership in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and Risk & Regulatory applications
  • Fluent in English (mandatory for global stakeholder engagement)

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Strong track record in requirements elicitation, backlog grooming, and managing cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Devs)
