Job Responsibility

  • Design and shape Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions that align business objectives with practical, scalable system architecture
  • Lead solution planning and provide architectural guidance across multiple phases of Revenue Cloud implementation and enhancement work
  • Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend effective platform capabilities
  • Coordinate closely with remote resources and Salesforce support teams to maintain delivery quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines
  • Oversee integration design between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and external platforms when business processes require connected systems
  • Contribute to Agile project execution by supporting backlog refinement, solution documentation, and cross-team decision making
  • Assess existing environments and help define approaches for Revenue Cloud migration activities where applicable
  • Review proposed configurations and technical designs to ensure they meet compliance, performance, and long-term maintainability expectations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Salesforce architecture experience with a strong focus on enterprise solution design
  • Proven involvement in a minimum of 3 Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations or deployments
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with offshore teams and collaborate effectively with Salesforce services teams
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into platform solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices, gap analysis, and solution documentation
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications is preferred
  • Prior exposure to Revenue Cloud migration initiatives is highly desirable
