Job Description

One of our important clients is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager / Developer to support a major Salesforce programme. This is a 12-month contract based in Brussels and the day rate is negotiable. This role offers an excellent blend of release management, DevOps, Salesforce development and production support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical delivery and platform ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working with Salesforce
  • Proven track record managing the Salesforce release and deployment lifecycle
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Flows, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ideally React
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect
  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Work closely with developers, architects, and admins to prepare metadata and data deployments
  • Coordinate system integration testing, UAT scheduling, and regression testing cycles
  • Maintain a release calendar and communicate upcoming changes to all impacted teams
  • Monitor and minimise production incidents related to releases, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
