Job Description

A skilled QA professional with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing, responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual, automated, and API testing.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies
  • Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems
  • Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation frameworks
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and overall software quality
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, enhancements, and best practices to refine testing processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and QA testing
  • Strong understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks (Selenium or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a technical mindset
  • Any bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce QA)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
