We are currently seeking a QA Lead – Salesforce Sales/CPQ/Revenue Cloud to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. A hybrid QA Engineer responsible for both manual test execution and building automation test scripts across all testing phases of the Sales, Service and CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced migration. You will work closely with the QA Lead, BA, and development team to ensure thorough test coverage — combining exploratory and scripted manual testing with a growing automation suite that supports regression and integration validation.
Job Responsibility
Execute functional test cases for RCA configuration covering product catalog, pricing, quoting, approvals, ordering, and contract lifecycle
Perform end-to-end scenario testing across the full Quote-to-Cash process
Log defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and environment details in JIRA or equivalent
Retest fixed defects and perform regression testing after each build deployment
Validate data migration outputs — record counts, field mappings, data integrity, and referential consistency
Support integration testing between RCA and connected systems (ERP, billing, provisioning)
Participate in UAT preparation — help set up test data, configure sandbox environments, and support business users during sessions
Report daily test execution progress and defect status to the QA Lead
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and smoke testing using Salesforce-compatible automation tools (Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or equivalent)
Build reusable automation components for common RCA workflows — quote creation, pricing validation, approval chains, order placement, and contract generation
Integrate automated test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to enable automated regression on each deployment
Maintain and update automation scripts as RCA configuration evolves through the project lifecycle
Identify manual test cases that are strong candidates for automation and prioritize accordingly
Produce automation execution reports and share results with the QA Lead after each run
Troubleshoot and debug failing automated tests — distinguish genuine defects from script or environment issues
Contribute to test case authoring from functional specifications and user stories
Identify and flag gaps in test coverage or missing test data proactively
Participate in defect triage sessions with developers and the QA Lead
Requirements
3+ years QA experience on Salesforce or enterprise CRM/ERP projects
Demonstrated experience in both manual testing and test automation development — not just execution of pre-built scripts
Hands-on experience testing CPQ, quoting, pricing, or order management workflows
Proficiency with at least one Salesforce automation tool — Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or Selenium-based frameworks
Solid understanding of the full software testing lifecycle — planning, execution, automation, defect management, and closure
Experience writing test cases from functional requirements or user stories
Defect tracking experience in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
Familiarity with Salesforce sandbox environments and data loading (Dataloader or similar)
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and how automated tests plug into deployment pipelines
Nice to have
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification
Experience with Copado or Gearset for Salesforce CI/CD
Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced or Industries CPQ
