Minimum 5 years of QA experience in Salesforce/Copado
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing across functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
Experience with Copado Explorer and/or Copado Robotic Testing
Ability to create test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and test execution reports
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data model, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes
Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external systems
Experience in defect logging, defect tracking, defect retesting, and defect lifecycle management
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Job Responsibility

Understand business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and Salesforce application workflows
Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability documentation
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications
Use Copado Explorer to document, execute, and track manual testing activities
Use Copado Robotic Testing to create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, where applicable
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, flows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, page layouts, security settings, and integrations
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools
Support test automation strategy, regression test suite maintenance, and continuous improvement of QA processes
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, scrum masters, and other QA team members
Participate in Agile ceremonies, test status reporting, defect triage, and release readiness discussions
