Salesforce QA Consultant

• Test planning: Design test processes and procedures, create test plans and test cases
• Testing: Perform end-to-end testing, including functional testing, regression testing
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
• Defect tracking: Identify, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools
• Documentation: Prepare test-related documentation, including test execution logs, defects, and deviations from expected behaviour
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce modules
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully tested and validated

• 6+ years of work experience in Standard Salesforce testing project and at least 4 projects end to end testing project and proven experience in enterprise-level projects
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in testing
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
• Should have great exposure in general CRM functionalities

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
