Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain comprehensive QA, regression, and performance automation frameworks
  • Manage GitHub code structures and branching strategies across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments
  • Collaborate with development teams to create automation strategies, integrating testing protocols into existing engineering processes and CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and execute automated scripts (using Selenium or bespoke frameworks) to validate functionality, diagnose root causes of defects, and provide detailed reports for stakeholders
  • Review software requirements to prepare complex test scenarios and perform automated smoke/regression testing to validate bug fixes
  • Oversee all aspects of automation including performance, security, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Maintain clear documentation for automated processes, test results, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Java, or Python
  • Hands-on experience testing and automating within Salesforce and Amazon Connect environments
  • Mastery of automated testing tools like Selenium, TestComplete, or equivalent frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of AWS (specifically services related to Amazon Connect) or Azure/GCP environments
  • Experience integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience validating data integrity within cloud databases
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and detail-oriented defect tracking
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive learner who can quickly master new tools
