Job Description:

Join Inetum as a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and coordinate Salesforce initiatives that drive business transformation. We believe in empowering talent and creating space for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Salesforce projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers
Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption
Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and integrations
Excellent communication skills in English and Good level of French
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Experience working in agile environments is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience working in agile environments
Proficiency in Portuguese
