Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementation and integration projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and stakeholder leadership to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. This role requires end-to-end ownership of Salesforce initiatives, driving project planning, execution, delivery, and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, IT, and engineering.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and technical deliverables
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, QA engineers, and business analysts
  • Oversee Salesforce integrations with ERP, data platforms, and third-party applications
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issue logs
  • Conduct regular project reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and release management processes
  • Manage change requests, test cycles, and post-deployment support
  • Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to Salesforce delivery frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management standards

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience delivering full-cycle Salesforce implementations
  • Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, data migration, and API management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Salesforce Rollout & Change Management: Manage the deployment of Salesforce updates and new features across all NL Sales teams, ensuring smooth adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder communication

  • Pipeline Health Monitoring: Monitor the Salesforce Sales Report daily to track opportunity creation, progression, and stalled deals

  • Sales Intelligence & Analytics: Build and maintain local pipeline analytics dashboards that reveal funnel health, velocity metrics, and territory performance patterns
