As the Sales Operations Project Manager, you are the guardian of CRM integrity for the Netherlands market, ensuring Salesforce delivers accurate, actionable insights through ruthless data hygiene and operational rigor. You closely monitor Sales Reports daily to track opportunity backlog, identify stalled deals, and flag bottlenecks before they impact performance. You proactively enforce CRM hygiene standards across all NL Sales teams, conducting regular audits to ensure data completeness and accuracy, then leverage this to build pipeline analytics. This enables you to deliver strategic intelligence to the Sales Management Team that directly informs planning, target setting, and resource allocation.
Job Responsibility:
Salesforce Rollout & Change Management: Manage the deployment of Salesforce updates and new features across all NL Sales teams, ensuring smooth adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder communication
coordinate with Global teams on implementation timelines, manage local testing and feedback cycles, and drive user adoption by translating system changes into clear business benefits for each sales function
CRM Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of data quality, completeness, and accuracy
enforce CRM usage standards (data entry, stage progression, activity logging) and partner with sales leadership to address systemic compliance issues
Pipeline Health Monitoring: Monitor the Salesforce Sales Report daily to track opportunity creation, progression, and stalled deals
identify bottlenecks across territories and flag accounts requiring immediate attention or reassignment
Sales Intelligence & Analytics: Build and maintain local pipeline analytics dashboards that reveal funnel health, velocity metrics, and territory performance patterns
deliver actionable insights to the Sales Management Team for planning, forecasting, and target setting
Salesforce Configuration & Optimization: Act as the voice of the Netherlands market to Global Salesforce teams, providing data-backed recommendations on fields, workflows, and reports needed to support local sales requirements
translate NL-specific business needs into technical specifications and advocate for system enhancements that improve usability and data quality
Reporting & Visibility: Create and maintain key sales reports (opportunity backlog, rep activity, conversion rates) that provide leadership with real-time visibility into commercial performance and forecast accuracy
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's or Master's degree level of working and thinking in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management)
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Sales Operations, CRM administration, or similar operational roles supporting commercial teams
Strong Salesforce expertise with hands-on experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data management
Excellent ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate these into actionable insights for leadership
Experience managing cross-functional projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills—comfortable enforcing standards with sales teams and influencing without direct authority
