Our SFDC PMO/Program/Project Managers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of SFDC PMO/Program/Project Managers will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain overall responsibility for project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration (in SOW) to ensure the success of the project
Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success
Lead of project team ensuring on time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget
Maintain daily Client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issues
Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders
Manage good onsite-offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery
Review and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents
Manage teams of hard-working individual and promote team cohesiveness
Requirements:
9 Years of work experience in IT Project implementation
5 Years of leading Agile methodology projects
3+ Years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com Implementation Projects with at least 3+ Years managing and understanding of general Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities
Strong leadership
Client relationship management
Problem-solving skills
PMP and Salesforce certifications are preferred
