Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Product Manager to guide the planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of Salesforce-driven initiatives for a team based in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can align business priorities with product execution, collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, and drive outcomes in an Agile environment. The role calls for a strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery and development through testing and release, with a focus on scalable CRM solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the product direction and delivery roadmap for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring priorities reflect business goals and user needs
  • Partner with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate business objectives into clear product plans, user stories, and actionable requirements
  • Oversee work across the full lifecycle of software delivery, including planning, configuration, development, testing, release readiness, and post-launch support
  • Facilitate Agile execution using frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe to improve delivery predictability, team alignment, and value realization
  • Manage product backlogs, define release scope, and help teams make informed trade-off decisions around timeline, risk, and functionality
  • Coordinate Salesforce platform enhancements, administration activities, integrations, and related API-driven solutions to support operational efficiency
  • Contribute to portfolio-level planning by tracking initiative progress, dependencies, and resource priorities across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure product decisions are supported by well-documented business requirements and effective communication with both client-side and internal teams

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience managing products or programs within Agile software delivery environments, with preference for Salesforce-focused work
  • Hands-on knowledge of product, software development, and quality assurance lifecycles from initial concept through deployment
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery approaches, including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management
  • Experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, including administration, development coordination, and integration-related initiatives
  • Ability to create and refine business requirement documents, product documentation, and backlog artifacts with clarity and precision
  • Familiarity with API-based solutions, configuration management practices, and cross-functional product development processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide priorities across technical and business teams
